JOB OVERVIEW
Quest Pharmaceuticals looking for highly enthusiastic, result oriented, dynamic and self-motivated Production Planning Inventory Control Officer who has a strong desire to join and grow.
Project Location(s): Chhatapipara, Bara
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning of production plans and inventory management based on sales & marketing plans
- Monitor and control all the PPIC activities and report to concerned DGMs and Directors
- Monitor all inventory for the production process, stock in the warehouse or imported so that the implementation of the market entry process and continue to run smoothly the business of the organization
- Prepare material procurement plans based on plans and stock conditions by calculating the production material requirements according to the ideal standard stock
- Making an evaluation of the production, sales and inventory conditions
- Processing and analyzing data about the plan and realization of production and sales and inventory data
- Actively communicate with all parties concerned so as to obtain accurate data and up to date about the Production Plans and Inventory Management.
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION EDUCATION
- MPharm or BPharm with MBA
WORK EXPERIENCES
- Candidates that have prior experience in Production Planning & Inventory Control will be given more preference
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Should have good negotiating skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations
- Ability to work systematically and to communicate complex matters both verbally and in writing
- Ability to think quickly, logically and analytically
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
LANGUAGE
- Proficient in English language

Project Location(s): Kathmandu with frequent travel
Job Type: Contract
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the project document and checklist
- Plan, organize and manages all the build process and other projects of the organization.
- Provide detailed figures on all the estimated costs of your project
- Design a drawing or a visual layout of the project, such as an architectural plan
- Perform key activities to optimize the execution of the project
- Facilitate communication between team members and ensure that all responsibilities are handled properly in following the execution of the project
- Understand the timing of each stage of the project, that is essential and to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Hold status review meetings and ensure that the project is on the right track and the resources are being used efficiently
- Ensure any deviations are attended to at the earliest
- Ensure to measure, evaluate and take corrective actions to address the issue of any deviation in the project and make needed modifications.
- Ensure that the executed project will be delivered with expected results
- Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION EDUCATION
- E. in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
WORK EXPERIENCES
- Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in related field
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Civil Project Management Skills
- Construction Management and Site Execution Skills
- Monitoring & Evaluation Skills
- Microsoft Office Applications and CAD Software
- Microsoft Projects or any other Project Management Software
- Safety regulations and Prevailing Laws required for the Construction related project in Nepal
- Risk Management & Negotiation Skills
- Leadership and Team Management Skills
LANGUAGE
- Proficient in English language
