Code of Conduct of Pharmacy Profession given by Nepal Pharmacy Council in Nepal
Pharmacists are health professionals who assist individuals in making the best use of medications. Code prepared and supported by pharmacists, is intended to state publicly the principles that form the fundamental basis of the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists.
Code of Conduct of Pharmacy Profession given by Nepal Pharmacy Council in Nepal
- No discrimination be made on the basis of religion race, sex and social caste or any means against any person while exercising professional knowledge and skill.
- Acts to be carried out only on to the subject of study or knowledge and skill obtained by him/her
- No undue financial benefit of any type shall be obtained other than the remuneration, allowance and other facilities in lieu of service through publicity of pharmacy service or no undue activity of any type which damage the image of pharmacy profession be carried out or caused to be carried out
- Responsibility of each act relating to pharmacy profession to be performed by him/her shall be required to be taken and performed personally
- Every registered pharmacy professional shall be required to update his/her name
