For the implementation of Section 9A of the Drug Act, 2035 (including the Third Amendment) and for the prevention, control or eradication of infectious diseases spread as Covid-19 epidemic, registered with the World Health Organization This information has been published for the purpose of listing the manufacturer of the vaccine and registering the emergency use of the vaccine.
Department of Drug Administration has approved the Government of Nepal for registration for emergency use of COVID-19 vaccine. The Code of Conduct on Emergency Use of Drugs or Vaccines, 2077 and the concept paper on “Receipt and Use of Vaccines to be Used against Covid-19” will be considered as the basis.
Producers or their official importers who are registered in this department or intend to import by registering, disclose the details along with the required documents on behalf of the concerned manufacturer and inform all concerned to submit application for registration of emergency use of vaccine as soon as possible.
