Minimum Eligibility Criteria
Legal & Ethical Requirements:
- Must not have been convicted of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude
- Must not have been punished for violation of human rights or humanitarian law
- Must not be a member of any political party
- Must not be affiliated with any terrorist organization
Physical Standards:
- Male:
- Height: Minimum 5 ft 2 inches
- Chest: 31–33 inches
- Weight: Minimum 50 kg
- Female:
- Height: Minimum 5 ft
- Weight: Minimum 42 kg
Vision Requirement:
- Eye power should not exceed Minus 2 or Plus 2
Medical Fitness:
- Must obtain a medical fitness certificate from an approved Nepal Police medical officer (during the recruitment process)
Nationality:
- Must be a Nepali citizen
