As the academic and administrative posts mentioned in the details for Gandaki University Pokhara have to be filled in the contract service through open competition; Eligible Nepali citizens are kindly requested to submit the application form at the office of the University, Mustangthok, Pokhara within 21 days from the date of first publication and then within 7 days after paying the double fee. No action will be taken on the applications which have been received late and have not reached the due date.

The applicant has to deposit an application fee in the name of Gandriya University’s Rastriya Banijya Bank, Prithvi Chowk, Pokhara. 30201000019400001 GANDAKI BISHWOBIDHYALAYA (AAYE KHATA). The application form should be submitted as per the rules by enclosing the original voucher of the amount deposited for the application fee.

Minimum educational qualification required for Assistant Professor and Laboratory Incharge:

Assistant Professor – Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics): – Candidate from a recognized University / Educational Institution (Major: Pharmaceutics, or Industrial Pharmacy, or Drug Delivery System) M. Pharm. Must have passed at least first class. In the case of graduating from a foreign university, a certificate of equivalence must be submitted. The candidate should be registered with Nepal Pharmacy Council.

Assistant Professor (Natural Products Chemistry / Pharmacognosy): Candidate from a recognized University / Educational Institution (Major Natural Products Chemistry / Pharmacognosy) should have passed M.Pharm in minimum first class. In the case of graduating from a foreign university, a certificate of equivalence must be submitted. The candidate must be registered with Nepal Pharmacy Council.

Laboratory Incharge: Candidate from a recognized university / educational institution should have passed at least first class in B.Pharm subject. In the case of graduating from a foreign university, a certificate of equivalence must be submitted. The candidate must be registered with Nepal Pharmacy Council.

Age limit: – Not exceeding 58 years age for Assistant Professor.
