Goverment of Nepal has made a commitment to achieve universal health coverage for its citizens as per the global agenda and is working towards it in coordination with various supporting partners and takeholders. As per the aim of the constitution of Nepal, 2072 National Health Policy 2076, Public Health Act 2075 and its Regulation 2077. Goverment of Nepal has an obligation to ensure availability of affordable and high quality basic health care services to its population. As per the public Health act 2075; Every citizen has right to accessible and affordadble quality of basic health care services.
