Code of Emergency Use of Drugs or Vaccines 2077
Section 9KA of the Drugs Act, 2035. The Ministry has approved and implemented the following Code of Emergency Use of Drugs or Vaccines on the recommendation of the Drug Advisory Committee for Emergency Use of Drugs or Vaccines as per the provisions of clause (d) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 6 of the Drug Advisory Council and Drug Advisory Committee Rules, 2037.
