Very important information regarding false and misleading propaganda of medicines. Everyone knows that according to Section 19 of the Drugs Act 2035, there is no provision for false or misleading propaganda of drugs. The sale and distribution of drugs is being done by spreading misleading propaganda of drugs on various social media including Facebook. This information has been published to inform all the stakeholders not to do / not to do such acts as the complaints have been received in this department that the advertisements of medicines are also being done and those actions are in violation of the Drugs Act, 2035. In addition, if such acts are found to be committed, action will be taken as per the prevailing law.
