If you are a Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor in Pharmacy (BPharm) graduate and planning to apply for the Pharmacy License Examination conducted by the Nepal Pharmacy Council (NPC), this guide will help you understand everything you need — from required documents to payment details.
Documents Required for Online Application NPC
For BPharm Graduates
Applicants holding a Bachelor in Pharmacy degree must submit the following:
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Complete academic certificates and mark sheets of SLC/SEE
- Nepali citizenship certificate
- Complete academic certificates and mark sheets of +2 Science or Certificate Level
- Complete academic certificates and mark sheets of Bachelor in Pharmacy (BPharm)
- Equivalency certificate (if the qualification is from a foreign board or university)
- Internship certificate as per the curriculum requirements
- All documents must be notarized (certified copies)
For Diploma in Pharmacy Graduates
Applicants holding a Diploma in Pharmacy must submit:
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Complete academic certificates and mark sheets of SLC/SEE
- Nepali citizenship certificate
- Complete academic certificates and mark sheets of Diploma in Pharmacy
- Equivalency certificate (if the qualification is from a foreign board or university)
- Internship certificate as per the curriculum
- All documents must be notarized (certified copies)
Important Notes
- Applications with incomplete or missing documents will be automatically rejected.
- No documents will be accepted in-person or through email — all submissions must be made through the online portal only.
