Nepal Pharmacy Council Information regarding the application form for the 16th Registration Examination.
As per the decision of the meeting of Nepal Pharmacy Council held on 2077-07-20, the date of filling the application form for the 16th name registration examination will be conducted.There is a request for information regarding the procedure of filling the application form for the registration examination from 2077/09/06 to 2077/10/06.
NOTE
ADVERTISEMENT
- To fill the Name Registration Application Form, go to the Council’s website (https://www.nepalpharmacycouncil.org.np) and go to the Name Registration Form and fill up your application form.
- If any applicant fills in the application form more than 3 times, the application will be rejected
- In case any document could not be verified while filling the name registration application form, such application will be canceled.
- The council will not be obliged to approve such application if all the required documents are not included in the application form.
