The date for filling out the application form for the 28th Registration Examination of the Nepal Pharmacy Council has been set from 2082/01/21 at 10:00 AM to 2082/02/11 at 12:00 midnight. All concerned are kindly informed.

Documents Required (Scanned and Certified Copies):
For Diploma in Pharmacy graduates:
- Passport-size photo
- Full SLC (School Leaving Certificate) mark sheet
- Citizenship certificate
- Full academic transcript of diploma level
- Equivalency certificate (if from foreign board/university)
- Internship completion certificate as mentioned in the curriculum
For Bachelor in Pharmacy (BPharm) graduates:
- Passport-size photo
- Full SLC mark sheet
- Citizenship certificate
- Full academic transcript of certificate level
- Full academic transcript of bachelor level (BPharm)
- Equivalency certificate (if from foreign board/university)
- Internship completion certificate as per the curriculum
Note:
- Applications with incomplete or missing documents will be automatically rejected.
- Documents must be uploaded online only through the official portal. Submissions via other means will not be accepted.
