Nepal Pharmacy Council Notice
Candidates who have passed the 16th Name Registration Examination (Pharmacist / Pharmacy Assistant) of Nepal Pharmacy Council have been notarized the following documents within 10 days from the date of publication of the notice. A copy is requested to be submitted to the office of the Nepal Pharmacy Council.
Documents to be submitted to the Pharmacy Assistant:
- SLC (Complete Certificate)
- Citizenship
- All Certificate Level Documents
- Level Assessment Certificate (in case of students studying from Foreign Board)
- Copy of Admit card
- 16th Name Registration Examination Fee Copy of Bank Voucher
Documents to be submitted to the Pharmacist:
- SLC (Complete Certificate)
- Citizenship
- Certificate Level Documents
- Standard Level Assessment Certificate (in case of a student studied by a foreign board)
- Copy of Admit card
- Completion of Graduation Level Certificate
- Name of Pharmacy Assistant Original copy of Registration Certificate (in case of registered Pharmacy Assistant)
- Certificate of Internship (in case of Pharm D.)
- Name Registration Examination Fee Copy of Bank Voucher
- Nepal Pharmacy Council 16th License Exam Result Published Pharmacist
- Nepal Pharmacy Council 16th License Exam Result Published Pharmacy Assistant
- Nepal Pharmacy Council License Exam Model Question Pharmacist
