Nepal Pharmacy Council Notice Regarding the Online Service for Good Standing Letter and NOC

Nepal Pharmacy Council (NPC) inform you that starting from 2081/10/04 (B.S.), the Nepal Pharmacy Council will provide online services for issuing Good Standing Letters and NOC (No Objection Certificate). You can fill out the application form for these services by following the steps outlined below:

Instructions to Apply:

1. Visit the Official Website
   • Navigate to the council’s official website.
2. Locate the Application Section
   • On the homepage, check the left-hand side menu.
   • Click on “Apply for NOC / Apply for Good Standing Letter“.
3. Registration Process
   • You will be redirected to the registration page.
   • Enter your valid phone number and click Submit.
   • Wait for 2-5 minutes to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your phone.
4. Set Your Password
   • Enter the OTP you received and proceed to the next screen.
   • Create a strong password and save it securely.
   • After setting your password, you will be redirected to the login page.
5. Login to Your Account
   • Use your phone number and the password you created to log in.
   • Once logged in, you will have access to your dashboard.
6. Fill Out the Application Form
   • On the dashboard, you will find options for both NOC and Good Standing Letter.
   • Select the appropriate option and fill out the application form with complete and accurate details.
7. Verification Process
   • Submit the form for verification.
   • Your application will be reviewed, and upon successful verification, it will be approved.
   • You will be notified once your NOC or Good Standing Letter is ready.
