Nepal Pharmacy Council Notice to Pharmacist and Pharmacy Assistant Working in the Community or Hospital Pharmacy

Pursuant to the decision of the meeting of the Nepal Pharmacy Council No. 115, the pharmacist and pharmacy assistant working in any community pharmacy or hospital pharmacy using the right given by sub-section (a) of section 9 of the council act should wear white apron with name tag while dispensing medicine. As it has been decided to implement the mandatory provision of dispensing, it is requested to do so. If the pharmacist / pharmacy assistant violates it, it will be considered as not following the Council’s Code of Conduct.
A. Pharmacist (white apron) uses the apron with the name, position, and council registration number in white letters on the green background.
B. Pharmacy Assistant (white apron) will use the name, designation, and council registration number in white letters on the blue background.
