Nepal Pharmacy Council Minimum Requirements for the Recognition of Diploma in Pharmacy
Date of approval by the Nepal Pharmacy council: 18 September 2002 (2 Ashwin, 2059)
First amendment: 14 November 2002 (28 Kartik, 2059)
Second amendment: 22 June 2007 (8 Ashard, 2064)
The Nepal Pharmacy Council has approved this requirement in pursuance of Section 9, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 29 of the Nepal Pharmacy Council Act, 2057 and in exercise of the power conferred by Rule 7.9 of the Nepal Pharmacy Council Rules, 2059.
This requirement may be called “Minimum requirement of the recognition of the Diploma in Pharmacy, 2002”.
It shall come into force at once.
An institute will have to ensure its organisation, administrative mechanism, facilities, curriculum and teaching process to confirm to the following requirements in order to qualify for granting accreditation from the Nepal Pharmacy Council.
