Notice regarding the application for the 23rd Pharmacy Registration Examination (for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants) conduct by the Nepal Pharmacy Council:
As per the decision made during the meeting on 2080/4/14 the registration examination application of Nepal Pharmacy Council open from 2080/4/16 to 2080/4/32 by 5:00pm.
1. Applicants can fill the form through the following link: https://onlinenameregistration.nepalpharmacycouncil.org.np
2. Applicants must attach all necessary documents with the application form, including citizenship certificate, academic qualification certificates (from SLC/SEE to the latest) verified by a notary public.
3. Incomplete forms will be automatically canceled.
4. Bank account number for examination fee payment: 17301017500573 (Nabil Bank).
5. Examination Fee: NPR 3000.
