DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:
SHORT-TERM ASSISTANT

Nepal-Kathmandu

Part-time

The local short-term assistants will undertake the following activities in collaboration with the DDA and MTaPS Nepal team:

Organizing dossiers and other documents in the repositories
Indexing of the documents as per document management practices
Scanning the documents and managing the archival
Discarding the obsolete documents as per the good documentation practice
Other document management activities prescribed by the DDA

Short-term assistant qualification requirements:

Completed a minimum education of Diploma in Pharmacy
Understanding of the national medicines regulatory system
Knowledge about the document management
Ability to organize the work with minimum supervision
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel)
Good written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English
