DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS:
SHORT-TERM ASSISTANT
Nepal-Kathmandu
Part-time
The local short-term assistants will undertake the following activities in collaboration with the DDA and MTaPS Nepal team:
- Organizing dossiers and other documents in the repositories
- Indexing of the documents as per document management practices
- Scanning the documents and managing the archival
- Discarding the obsolete documents as per the good documentation practice
- Other document management activities prescribed by the DDA
Short-term assistant qualification requirements:
- Completed a minimum education of Diploma in Pharmacy
- Understanding of the national medicines regulatory system
- Knowledge about the document management
- Ability to organize the work with minimum supervision
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English
