The application form for the 18th Name Registration Examination of Nepal Pharmacy Council (Pharmacist and Pharmacy Assistant) is open on this date 2078/07/04 from 10:00 am to 2078/08/03 at 5:00 pm.
Note:
- The application form can be filled by going to the Council’s website by clicking on the Name Registration Form or by going to the following link online.nepalpharmacycouncil.org.np
- All the documents as required in the application form (fee, certificate of citizenship, full certificate of educational qualification from admission to date) should be attested by a notary public.
- In case of non-verification of any documents, such forms will be automatically canceled
- As the application form for the registration exam can be filled only up to 3 times, it is requested to fill the application form sensitively.
